My Story

A journey from dirt to dollars

My story in real estate didn’t start in a pristine office; it started in the trenches. For years, I felt a deep frustration watching sellers, buyers, and investors leave money on the table. They were held back by common hurdles: a lack of funds for smart repairs, no time to manage contractors, and uncertainty about which improvements would actually deliver a return. They were missing out on profit not because of their home’s potential, but because the traditional real estate model offered no real solutions.

I knew there had to be a better way. Drawing on invaluable lessons learned guiding investment portfolios through the Great Recession and personally flipping over $5 million in properties, I began building a new kind of real estate experience. One that replaces obstacles with opportunities.

This journey led me to co-found Icon Real Estate Group and establish a sister company, Premier Pro Construction. These weren’t just business ventures; they were the essential pieces needed to provide a truly seamless, strategic, and “touchless” experience for my clients.
