Kennedy Christian, Inc, doing business as Icon Real Estate Group, and real estate broker Ronny Wilson (“Icon Real Estate Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operate ronnywilson.com (the “Site”) and provide residential real estate brokerage services, including helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways.
1.1 Information you provide
You provide information directly when you submit a contact form, request a home valuation, inquire about a listing, or request a consultation; save searches or request property information through our IDX home-search tools; RSVP to a client event or sign up to receive text updates; engage us to buy, sell, or invest in real estate; or communicate with us by email, phone, text message, or other channels. Typical information collected: name, email address, phone number, mailing or property address, property interests and search criteria, price range, timeline, and any other information you choose to provide.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect IP address and approximate geographic location; browser type, device type, and operating system; pages visited, time spent, and referring URL; and cookie and tracking-pixel data (see Section 6).
1.3 Information from third parties
- IDX Broker / IMPress (our property-search and listings platform) – listing inquiries, saved searches, and lead activity
- GoHighLevel (our CRM platform) – form submissions, calendar bookings, call and message records
- Google (Analytics, Business Profile, Ads if applicable) – usage analytics, ad performance, and inbound search/maps activity
- Integrity Marketing (our website and marketing partner) – when leads or inquiries are coordinated between us and Integrity Marketing
- Bedrock Branding (our CRM partner) – system administration of the GoHighLevel platform on our behalf
- Multiple listing services (MLS), lenders, title and escrow companies, and transaction partners – when coordinating a transaction with your awareness
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to respond to inquiries and provide property and market information; schedule and conduct consultations and showings; prepare listing materials, offers, agreements, and transaction documents; deliver brokerage services through closing; communicate about active transactions; send transactional emails and text messages (booking confirmations, event invitations and reminders, listing updates); send occasional marketing communications (newsletters, market updates, event invitations) only with your consent; improve the Site and our services; and comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business under contractual confidentiality obligations (IDX Broker / IMPress, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Google Analytics); partner agencies (Integrity Marketing for web, search, or advertising; Bedrock Branding for GoHighLevel administration); transaction collaborators (cooperating brokers, MLS providers, lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors, and appraisers, sharing only what is needed to complete the work); as required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text messaging, Icon Real Estate Group may send event invitations, RSVP confirmations, and event logistics reminders; transactional messages (appointment confirmations and reminders, listing and transaction updates); and occasional service-related messages.

We do not share your mobile information or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information (subject to legal and contractual retention requirements); opt out of marketing communications (every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to opt out of SMS); and request a copy of your information in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email ronny@ronnywilson.com. We will respond within 30 days. Washington State residents have additional rights under applicable Washington privacy laws. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses essential cookies (required for the Site to function), analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and marketing cookies (Google Ads and similar, if applicable to your visit). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will impair Site functionality. We honor “Do Not Track” browser signals where technically feasible.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or deliver requested services, maintain accurate business records (typically 7 years for financial records under Washington law), and comply with real estate recordkeeping and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) on the Site, access controls within our internal systems and CRM, and vendor agreements requiring industry-standard security. No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users of any data breach in accordance with applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (social media platforms, listing portals, lenders, industry organizations). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a prominent notice on the Site and an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
